InfoMail: email marketing, written by AI

Newsletters and campaigns generated with AI across 25+ languages, GDPR-compliant.

InfoMail is the email platform we built and run: AI content generation across 25+ languages, a drag-and-drop editor and GDPR-compliant delivery, used by companies, agencies and non-profits.

Your voice, at scale

The AI drafts on-brand, in your language and your tone; your team keeps the strategy and the final say. It's the same principle behind everything we build: automation that runs under human control.

At scale the hard part isn't producing text: it's producing a lot of it without the brand fraying. Once you're past twenty-five languages and the formats multiply, the risk isn't the blank page, it's that every campaign sounds slightly different from the last. So tone isn't an instruction to be rewritten each time, but a constraint that stays the same across every send.

Twenty-five languages is not translation

Translating a newsletter word for word is the fastest way to write something correct that nobody reads. Sentence length changes, so does the expected register, the way you address the reader, even what fits in a subject line before it gets truncated. Generating in the target language, rather than translating towards it, is what keeps delivery and meaning together.

GDPR is not a checkbox at the bottom of the form

Consent, list management and send traceability have to be designed into the platform, not wrapped around it. It's also why InfoMail is used by companies, agencies and non-profits with very different obligations but the same requirement: being able to show, months later, on what basis a send went out.

From content to agent

InfoMail is the platform, but marketing work doesn't end in the email. Around it we build agents that handle the rest of the flow: segmenting audiences, orchestrating multi-step campaigns, preparing content across formats and reporting on what worked — with approvals at the points where they genuinely matter.

The rule never changes: agents take the repetitive load, people keep the strategy and the final say. Marketing that runs itself is only useful for as long as it still sounds like yours.
